2. A determination of pertinent performance measures for the section/department or organisation as supported by current performance measure calculations
3. A determination of comparative performance, whether that by for the same section/department or organisation over time, or indeed a comparison with other relevant sections/departments within the same organisation or for a different organisation in the same field, this also supported by performance measure calculations
4. A evaluation of the results of (3) above, as expressed in terms of operational and strategic management of the section/department or organisation moving ahead
