    Larry Wilmore's Nightly Show on Comedy Central has a segment where he asks guests to comment on what they would do in a situation, and if he feels they are answering with their honest feelings, he says they are 100%, or completely "keepin' it real."  Take a look at and comment on the chapter on Authentic Leadership.
