This is format should be like:

Executive Summary

Table of contents.

Introduction

  • Section 1: (around 250 words): brief review of your team experience from Pecha Kucha presentation. Maybe identify 3 issues which you can discuss around Leadership, Teams and conflict topics. Make sure you use your words wisely as you only have 250 words to explain. If you use more, you will have less word count for more valuable next section.
  • Section 2: (around 500 words): Presenting a detailed critical analysis of the issues you mentioned in section one related to Leadership issues and supporting your view with peer reviewed academic journal articles. It is important that you critically analyse the issues you mentioned in section 1 here and not repeat yourself or get into the details of who said what, what caused what. Even though is fun to read the all the gossip, you will not gain any marks if you explain what happened again. As an example: if your leader was very motivational and this helped you get a great mark; search about motivational leaders' effect on team success... Be specific in your research; OB is a huge topic and you will still find thousands of articles even if you be specific.
  • Section 3: (around 500 words): Presenting a detailed critical analysis of the issues you mentioned in section one related to team and/or conflict issues and supporting your view with peer reviewed academic journal articles. It is again important that you critically analyse the issues you mentioned in section 1 here and not repeat yourself or get into the details of what happened. You will gain marks from your analysis!
  • Section 4: (around 250 words): Based on these analysis, outline your learnings about leadership, teams and/or conflict. What would you do different, what have you learned, your mistakes... Support these with research again!
