2. Demonstrate with examples from companies (likely to be high profile companies. e.g. Wal-mart Stores, Apple; Amazon.com, Caterpillar; Samsung Electronics etc. etc ) how their chosen supply chain strategies have delivered or failed to deliver customer value.
