AT1 - Portfolio - Measuring personal performance

Purpose - This assessment task provides you the opportunity to confirm you have gained the underpinning knowledge required by you to: create systems and process to organise information and prioritise tasks.

Assessment Task Purpose - Satisfactory completion of this assessment contributes to the evidence your assessor will collect which will reflect that you understand and are aware of how to prioritize tasks and organize systems and processes.

Specifically:

- explain principles and techniques involved in the management and organisation of: performance measurement personal behaviour, self-awareness and personality traits identification a personal development plan personal goal setting time

- discuss management development opportunities and options for self

- describe methods for achieving a healthy work-life balance outline organisation's policies, plans and procedures explain types of learning style/s and how they relate to the individual describe types of work methods and practices that can improve personal performance.

Case study- each of these tasks must be submitted at the same time as one document.

Assessment description

Prepare a portfolio of evidence that will include strategies that you can use to manage and measure your personal performance. You should use the templates provided to prepare this portfolio. Your portfolio must include a strategy that you can use for each of the following:
- performance measurement and time management
- personal behaviour, self-awareness and personality traits identification
- personal development plan and goal setting

Procedure
Over the duration of this unit you have used a range of strategies and techniques for:
- establishing personal and work goals
- setting and meeting priorities developing and maintaining professional competence planning for the your future development.

Specifications
You must provide:
Item 1 a portfolio of evidence which includes a suite of tools and evidence of your use and reflection about these systems and processes.

Your assessor will be looking for evidence of:

- systems and processes (electronic or paper-based) used to organise and prioritise tasks
- systems and processes (electronic or paper-based) used to assess and manage personal behaviour, self-awareness and personality traits
- systems and processes (electronic or paper-based) used to show how work is managed, this could be time, tasks, deadlines
- systems and processes (electronic or paper-based) used to manage own performance against job role and KPIs
- personal development plan, with career objectives and an action plan

Purpose - This assessment task provides you the opportunity to confirm you have gained the underpinning knowledge required by you to:
