An employee went on a shooting rampage at the factory in which he worked, killing six coworkers and wounding eight others. It was known to the employer that the shooter had a deep-seated hatred of African Americans, was emotionally disturbed, had made numerous threats of violence, and routinely brought loaded guns in his truck to work.
