2 The project management concepts within the quality management plan are applied appropriately and the quality management plan is an accurate reflection of the project described in the selected tender.

3 The project management concepts within the cost management plan are applied appropriately and the cost management plan is an accurate reflection of the project described in the selected tender is complete and reflects the case.

4 The project management concepts within the cost baseline are applied appropriately and the cost baseline is an accurate reflection of the project described in the selected tender is complete and reflects the case.
