Explain why you think this is or is not a good management tool for assessing risks? Examine Table 7.3 on page 228. How useful is this tool for evaluating risk? Explain your answer

7.       What is the purpose behind documenting risks, your responses to these risks, and the outcomes? Do you think this would be a useful source of information for other project managers? Explain your answer.

8.       PRAM is a different approach to risk management. Describe how this system works and compare it with the four-step systematic approach. Describe any inherent advantages or disadvantages you see in using PRAM over the four-step systematic approach.
