1. Public relations (PR) are the practice of good-quality communication between a company and the public. Conduct research to locate an effective example of public relations and an ineffective example of PR. Provide your examples in the discussion board. What makes them good and bad? What could you do to improve the bad one?

2. Mistakes happen, often times with little to no consequences. Unfortunately in the world of contract law, mistakes can be rather costly. Depending on the type of mistake, the contract may or may not be voided.

This week you learned about which type of mistakes will be upheld and which ones that are voidable. For your initial post this week, discuss whether or not contracts should be voided based on mistakes. Provide an example of a mistake in contracting that would allow for it to be voided.
