Write a research paper about strategy for personnel management. Since this Research Paper is a culmination of your work in the course, you will research six problems or issues related to personnel management and develop solutions and responses to those six problems. To begin this project, start by selecting six research topics of your choice.

Sample topics might include, but are not limited to:

- Recruitment and Retention
- Discipline
- Training Programs or Strategies
- Sick Leave Abuse
- Diversity
- Morale

For each topic you select, write a brief description (no more than two sentences) for this assignment. In addition, be sure to indicate the titles, authors, and publications for at least three peer reviewed articles you might use to support your research.
