This memo will include the following two headings in the body : 

The Experience and Decision- 
In this section, first identify who was trying to persuade you (not "self"). 
Clarify which persuasive techniques came into play, using reference specifics from the chapter. Use at least two key quotes/ headings to help you identify these persuasive elements. 
Provide details about the circumstances, and say what your decision was. 
Be sure you are describeing a situation in which you were being persuaded to do something by another person. 
The Persuasive Influences- 
Identify which "connection" you have with the person influencing you: "Compliance, Identification, or Internalization?" (see p.40). 
Referring to the explanations for "Why we Say No" and "Why we Say Yes" on p.47, identify and describe which of these contributed to your decision. 
Also describe which of the "Psychological and Social Constraints" on p.46 contributed to your decision. 
What kind of evidence did the person present to help persuade you and say if it was helpful or not? 
Finally, describe the ethics of the situation, using the guidelines on p.78-was everything "Accurate, Honest, and Fair"? 
Include at least three quotes from the chapter to help support your explanation of the persuasive influences.
