My research questions are; What would be the impact of switching from industrial to organic farming? Would organically grown food be able to keep up? What time/money/resources would it take to grow everything organically instead of industrialized? Is industrially grown food superior to the alternatives? If yes, how much so? My thesis is, due to our huge and ever growing population, industrial farming is our only option, though organics will continue to be around for those willing to pay a few dollars more. I would like to focus on the economic aspect so the paper doesn't become a novel.
