What is integrity? Integrity can be described as who you are when no one is watching. This is a skill you have to teach yourself, because you're not born with it, but it is something that you can make you as a person . 

Integrity comes from thoughts, feelings, words, and actions when all that you are. The concept of integrity are actions, values, integrity is looked of having sense of honesty for your actions. Integrity can be known as the kind of person that can be trusted , no matter what it can be. 

An ex of integrity would be , picking up garbage ,if someone leaves a wallet someplace, it is easier to just ignore it . But, the right thing to do is to try contact the person and return it. Integrity is done individual which means you do it by your self.
