We need you to prepare document a best practice approach for monitoring Websphere Application Server 8.0.0.7. Particularly, the document should cover how to monitor the Websphere Application Servers and status of Websphere Proxy Servers.

We are assuming that there is command line utility or an API we can use to get this information out of the software. We can already check the information in the Websphere dashboard. We need you to document the probabilities we have for getting proxy and application status info via an API, command line, or some further programmatic way.
