Want to fix issues with SWF Audio Recorder in IE as well as Safari

We are having some issues in the website for the following functionality like recording, saving files and playing the files. We want an expert who has an experience of working on flash recorder and making it work for IE & Safari. It works on Firefox, Chrome however has issues with IE and Safari. This will few hours gig for an expert however we need urgent and the issues want to be fixed today.
