Value Chain is a model that can create competitive advantage to an organization. In as much as this theory is applied to an organization, I also believe that this may also be applicable to an individual.  If every person can identify and reflect on  their personal value chain (primary activities and support activities), then there will be  competitive advantage to myself. 

What are the competitive advantages built into the you? 

Imagine you are producing/developing yourself as product, link it to you core competencies: 

- What are your resources that you can build into capabilities that you can call it as your strengths? 3 marks

- What are the strengths that you can ehance into capabilities that give you the competitive edge over other job applicants? 3 marks

- With what you have invested in yourself from education to skills development, have you thought how you can market yourself to potential employers? 4 marks

**how can your strength can make yourself being capable and how your capability can be built into your strength. How can your strengths overcome your weaknesses. Reflect yourself from what have you done so far in the university, whether you have achieved capabilities.
