Compare and contrast the frameworks in terms of their focus, strengths, and applicability to managing processes and new technologies.

Select the framework that makes the most sense to you, noting the tools and principles of the framework. Then, provide an analysis of the framework in terms of your own career and/or area of specialization.

Add at least one improvement to the selected framework and be sure to explain your reasoning.
