Based on the research and reading about incremental outsourcing, develop a four- to six-page Word document providing examples of the companies that have used the incremental outsourcing technique to minimize the risks associated with wholesale outsourcing.

You should not only discuss successful projects but also those that were unsuccessful.

If the company was unsuccessful, explain why you believe the projects failed and what could have been done to change failures to success. If the company was successful, explain why it succeeded, how IT leadership contributed to the success, and what technological elements helped the company succeed.

Speculate how outsourcing techniques might benefit the company if your chosen company has not used any of the outsourcing techniques. How would you ensure the success of any of the incremental outsourcing recommendations you make? Include your outsourcing recommendations and a narrative discussing what you have learned about managing relationships with service providers.
