This a personal paper in regards to a principal of a school. Her name is Ann she is a principal at a catholic school located in a poor area of town she is dealing with culture setting, discipline problems, and parents not paying their tution, the student body is small and most of the children attending this school are african american and not catholic. the parents want their children to attend this school because it is private and they want a good education.Ann takes the children in from the neighborhood to attend this school, where most of these children come from broken homes, single parents and nowhere else to go. Ann is very good in communicating with the parents and the school board about the tution and where the school stands especially trying to keep it open. If you can think of ways to put this into a three page paper this would help also please discuss diversity where this school struggles and the other school where Brain is the principal at a middle school public in a nice community he struggles with the climate of the school building how can we discuss diversity and culture diffences from a middle class area to a very poor area like Ann's school. Try to compare students and the two principals.
