- What are the choices and preferences of the customers that are to be considered for the deployment of technology in the efforts of marketing?

- In your literature review you emphasised risk and project management. How can these questions be related to your questionnaire? In your text you state assumptions, ‘should do', but that is not covered by your data here. I.e., as stated in the review, you don't have real data.

The points what the hotel intends are not without interest, however that needs to be empirically demonstrated. E.g., by an interview with the relevant manager. Should do, should have may be conclusions, but these must be based on demonstrated data.
