THE PROJECT CHARTER

The Project Charter will provide a macro view of an organization along with the SPECIFIC. This further comprises of 5 interrelated tasks that a group needs to accomplish and to be integrated in The Project Charter Plan submission at the end of summer session. Postgraduate students are required to submit a minimum of 15 maximum pages including the cover page, appendix, and references.

TITLE PAGE (Improving job satisfaction level among healthcare providers in Buraimi Hospital in Oman)

I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY. This provides the overall summary of the paper that describes the problem, about the current project implemented in the organization of choice, and the newly proposed innovation to address the topmost problem. This executive summary has a 100-word count.

VI. PROJECT DEFINITION (500 words).
This is the "who, why, and what" part of the project. It defines all major aspects of the project and forms the basis for its planning and management and the assessment of overall success. It MUST include the following:
- Project Description and SMART Objectives. This is the most important part and majority of the document that translates the requirements communicated by the sponsor into specific objectives. It explains why the project is being undertaken
- Stakeholders. Anybody who can contribute to the success of the project or influence the failure of the project.
- Major Milestones. Key achievements that can be used to monitor progress throughout the project and celebrate successes. These must include dates.

VII. WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE TABLE
Aim at listing a minimum of 10 activities (there is no maximum number of tasks) and illustrate the breakdown with A TREE DIAGRAM. The breakdown should have a clear logical basis, although technical details may vary.

VIII. RESOURCES PLAN and BUDGET which may include but not limited to project team requirements, customer support, facilities, equipment, software tools, and other.
