Aim for Seeking for External support for Aircraft Lease Return Project in Lack of manpower situation in the other way it is regarding to project benefits management measurement and realization, need to use practice oriented which include problem analysis , Diagnosis, Design Change Evaluation.

Background
Our company had re-organized the structure 2017 Feb, we are now suffering from the lack of manpower, My team handle aircraft lease return project (my team original with 5 staffs, after re-organized and 3 of staff was resigned after that)

- In Year 2017 we handled total 6 Aircraft Lease Return (3 x Boeing 747BCF, 4 x Airbus 340)
- In Year 2018 we will handle total 7 Aircraft Lease Return (1 x Boeing 747BCF, 1 X 773ER, 3 x 330, 2 x 772)
- In Year 2019 we will handle total 9 Aircraft Lease Return (1 x Boeing 777ER, 1 x Airbus 306, 4 x Airbus 330, 3 X Boeing 772)
- In Year 2020 we will handle total 14 Aircraft Lease Return (3 x Boeing 747BCF, 7 x Airbus 320/321, 3 x Airbus 330, 1 x Airbus 306
- In Year 2021 we will handle total 11 Aircraft Lease Return (6 x Boeing 777ER, 5 x Airbus 320 /321)
- In Year 2022 we will handle total 12 Aircraft Lease Return (5 x Boeing 777ER, 2 x Boeing 747BCF, 5 x Airbus 320 /321)

The External Support for Aircraft Lease Return Project. Our company had re-organized the structure last year and therefore we are now suffering from the lack of manpower in some area low skill task area.

(Before re-organized the structure permanent staffs number is 5 . after that only 2 staff stay.

My report use practice-oriented method which includes problem analysis, Diagnosis, Design Change Evaluation. will cover below section.

1. Hire a permanent staff (around HKD 18000 plus insurance and medical per month also need to training for our company system)

2. Hire Xiamen China sister company staff less than 5 years of Aviation experience. (around HKD 158200 for 8 Staff per month and the price will be increase 3% per year, need to set up a training program for this purpose)

3. Hire the External company with serve over aviation 5 years experience staff. (around HKD 307200 for 3 Staff per month and the price will be increase 5% per year No need for training programme since they are our ex-employee staff)
