Recently designed APK file for XBMC on an Android TV Box

We are seeking someone to have knowledge in Android's operating platform. We are a business that manufactures Android TV Boxes and need a new APK file that will work with our box. We presently used Android 4.2.2 OS and the APK is for XBMC particularly. We need someone who is familiar with XBMC and hardware decoding. We have used APK files in the past that we have played with so we will start there by sending you them so you can see what we are looking for.

We will need shortcuts for XBMC preloaded, addons preloaded, boot up screen with our logo, have the apk be preloaded with our cache setup, advanced xml and hardware decoding so the 1080p runs smoothly. This position will need updates from time to time so you will guarantee yourself work in the future based on how well you perform.
