You work for Freektail Inc. a medium-sized technology firm that produces semi-conductors. You have just been assigned to serve as the project manager for the Semi-Conductor Inspection Device 4th Generation project.

Finally, you will need to train operators to use and maintain the new system.The following evaluation criteria will be used to evaluate all project plans.

The project manager has prepared a complete and reasonable work package summary for each of the work packages identified in the WBS.

The project manager has proposed a well-conceived, logical and integrated project schedule.

The project manager has proposed a reasonable, complete and well-supported cost proposal for this effort.

The project manager has successfully assessed the risks associated with this effort and identified appropriate risk mitigation strategies.

The overall quality of the project plan is very professional.
