A group of UTM students are participating in a competition to develop innovative mobile services for an international operator. The mobile services will be developed by the students over a period of 4 months. The services need not be fully operational but the prototypes should be live enough to allow the operator's customers get a feel of the services and provide feedback

(c) Describe TWO additional quality attributes that would be expected from the live applications (as compared to the prototypes)

(d) What metrics could be used to measure the quality attributes mentioned in (c)

(e) One of the applications being developed by the student involves tracking a vehicle with a GPS-enabled cellphone. Describe TWO requirements of this application and outline some of the main tests that will need to be carried out for each requirement
