Create a bootstrap page that has one column layout on smartphones, two column layouts on medium size devices (like tablets) (third column should be displayed below first and second and it should span to the entire window's width) and three columns on all other devices. Color each block using different background colors.

Question 2

Make a webpage with a semi transparent white frame (100px thick) that will be put above the content of the page and will not scroll with it.

The content should include five images of the same size (200x200px, that will be arranged on the page in a grid. The number of images per line should depend on the size of the window. Images should not be resized.
