Georgia Gwinnett College (commonly called Georgia Gwinnett or simply GGC) is a four-year public college in Gwinnett County, Georgia, United States and a member of the University System of Georgia.

Georgia Gwinnett College opened on August 18, 2006 as one of the nation's first four-year public college founded in the 21st century, and the first four-year public institution created in Georgia in more than 100 years. It has grown rapidly from its original 118 students in 2006 to nearly 11,000 in 2014.

All the students of GGC have a unique Student ID. Together with that other personal information of students need to be stored. There are about 500 Faculty at GGC who are indentified by their Full Name. For each faculty contact information need to be stored too. Student mentoring is a very important aspect of GGC. Each faculty can mentor as many as thirty students.

While the course offered at GGC are identified by their CRN, course names. Credit hours are something needs to be stored as well. A faculty can teach up to three courses each semester and a course is taught by only one faculty at a given time.

A student can enroll in no more than six courses, In order to keep the class size small, not more than fifty students are allowed to enroll in a particular course. There are some instructional tools available at GGC which are identified by their ToolID. A faculty as well as a student can borrow those tool(s) for a course. When a faculty or student borrows a tool(s) due date is assigned.

There is cost associated with this borrowing activity. GGC also has Medical facility where there are doctors who are identified by their full name. Students can visit the medical centers to see a doctor. When a student visits a doctor, each visit needs to be uniquely identified. For each visit the visit date, symptoms, and the provided treatments also need to be stored.
