Use the stakeholder strategy chart template uploaded below and the "Running Case" below to complete the following task for the Recreation and Wellness Intranet Project

1. Complete a stakeholder register using the personnel information listed below. Indicate if you think the personnel are internal or external to the program.

2. Develop a stakeholder management strategy for the project, focusing on the members who are NOT on the project team (e.g., Hillary, Gayle, and Supplier A [Ted]). Be creative in developing your potential management strategies.

1- Prepare a stakeholder register using the preceding information. Make up other information as needed.

2- Create a stakeholder management strategy for the project, focusing on members who are not on the project team, such as Hillary, Gayle, the lead person from Supplier A, and a vocal member of a user group testing the new system. Be creative in developing potential management strategies.

3- Prepare an issue log for the project. Include past issues discussed in prior chapters, such as Yusaff leaving the company, a difficult and vocal member of the user group, and unproductive meeting. Make up three additional potential issues.
