Select a project for the purpose of completing the writing assignments of this course. Provide a rationale for your selection from an organizational strategy standpoint. Next, respond to at least two posts of your classmates, and comment on their project selection. Note: Ensure that you can develop enough information to thoroughly cover the project topic. Project Proposal is to determine if the proposed project is feasible, practical, and cost beneficial.

Week 7 - Assignment 2: Project Charter

According to PMBOK, a project charter is a formal agreement that ensures project stakeholders share a common understanding of why the project is being done, the time frame, deliverables, boundaries, and responsibilities.

Week 10 - Assignment 3: Project Presentation

Project Presentation is the mechanism by which you, as the project manager, share the status of the project. You will define the communication objectives, stakeholders and channels, and then schedule each of your communication events accordingly.
