Choose a project for the purpose of completing the writing assignments of this course. Give a rationale for your selection from an organizational strategy standpoint. Next, respond to at least two posts of your classmates, and comment on their project selection. Note: Make sure that you can develop sufficient information to thoroughly cover the project topic. Suppose that your projects will have duration of 12 to 15 months with a functionally allocated project team. According to PMBOK, a project charter is a formal agreement which ensures project stakeholders share a common understanding of why the project is being done, the time frame, deliverables, boundaries, and responsibilities.

Assignment 3: Project Presentation

Project Presentation is the method by which you, as the project manager, share the status of the project. You will define the communication objectives, stakeholders and channels, and then schedule each of your communication events accordingly.
