Project - Plan for implementing SPC for improvement

Introduction/aims/objectives - 200 words max

Indicative literature review - 500 words max

Indicative research methodology - 500 words max

An idea to follow is to develop a plan for implementing SPC as an improvement.

1. First by maybe building the case for SPC based on literature review that highlights the benefits.

2. Analyse the current approach based on the base assignment(1) and where SPC could be used and the benefits expected.

3. Then investigate the barriers to implementation - carrying out a survey amongst the employees to understand their attitudes to change, quality improvements etc.

4. Next develop a more detailed plan - taking into account the findings from the survey - would it be possible based on base assignment (1) to implement a small pilot SPC project to test the concept before and gather more data before a fuller roll out

Note this is just an idea to go off for spc must be based around the monitoring & measuring assignment.
