• Describe which characteristics of project success you think are the most important, and why.

• Who ultimately determines the success of the project? Explain your answer.

• Draw a distinction between a project, a program, and a portfolio. Why are the distinctions important?

• Describe how a business selects the projects that should be worked on. Then describe why this is important information for the project manager of the selected projects to know.
