Project management-

I need more theories rather then what in the actual plan. The actual plan is to only compare the theories and what the project plan has done. Below is the structure

-  Authors and pmp analaysis in table

-  Authors and scope management in table

-  Authors and stakeholder management in table

-  Authors and risk management in table

There are samples in the attachments on pmp structure and scope management. (U got to find authors or reliable sources like PMI, PMBOK PRINCE 2, TURNER, ARCHIBALD, BARKLEY to analayse what should be in pmp structure, stakeholder analysis , scope management and risk management. Example in attachment 1 and 2.

- Then compare the findings with the actual plan (the link) if the plan has what the authors says must have below write the analysis.

Please keep in mind it's a UK paper and a master level paper.
