1) What is the definition of a project? What are some of the elements that differentiate a project from operations/maintenance work? Answer in your own words. 2) Late in WK1 you will be assigned to a Learning Team. One of your WK2 deliverables will be a Learning Team Charter. How does this function like a Project Charter? 6) Often we think of a report as a multi page document with multiple appendices. What about a simple stoplight chart to display data about a project? Help us by defining/describing a stoplight chart and how it might be used?
