 To design, construct and deliver a high quality tactical backpack with a built in refrigerated pouch and radio module. This military tactical lightweight backpack comes with a built in refrigerated pouch and radio module. As the program manager, I will be overseeing the design, development, production and delivery of this product. Our awarded quantity is 200 units. That will be distributed among Ground Forces and the other half will go to Special Operations. We have a time frame of a year to have this completed and the cost not to exceed $1,500,000.
