Project: like interview

1. Interview a healthcare manager about one major category of the text:

Planning and ORGANIZING
Leading and motivating people
Healthcare cost control and budget
Developing employees and skills

2. You must post who you are interviewing on Canvas under the discussion tab. A manager is only allowed to be interviewed by one student! This will be first come first served. My advice to you: secure your interview and claim it on the Canvas discussion post quickly! If more than one student interviews the same manager, I will only give credit to the student that posted first in Canvas.

3. Write a paper describing their management style as it pertains to the listed topics.

4. Give an argument for or against your support of their management style. Make sure to relate material to the material covered in the text. You will need to use at least 2 additional references to support your argument (your text, your interview, at least two additional sources) - cite your references.

5. Paper must be less than 6 content pages, double space with 12 pt. font and 1 inch margins

6. Paper must be written in APA format with a Works Cited page and in-text citations. (There are many resources on the Web if you need a refresher on how to do this).
