Prepare Bitcoin Raffle/Lottery Website Script

Project Description:

I want a Bitcoin raffle and lottery script to be made. Settings allow a custom ticket price, drawing times, Bitcoin address, and a percentage of the pool pot fee. Players only want to enter the Bitcoin address that they will be using to pay, send multiples of the ticket price to the particular Bitcoin address, and the page will automatically go to a success page once the Bitcoin payment gets at least one confirmation. JSON RPC will be used for a Blockchain.info wallet. Every 24 hours, a winner for the raffle is drawn. All of the pot pool, minus the percentage fee, will be sent back to the address they deposited with. No fancy graphics are required. A simple php script is fine.
