Description:

Prepare a critical annotated bibliography of books, journal articles, and web sites on Managing People in Organization of project management in development. This involves the following:

A) Identify and prepare a c. 1000 word justification of why the study of Managing People in Organization will contribute to understanding of project management in development. Remember that this is an academic piece of writing and needs to be referenced.

B) A full bibliographic reference for each text. Minimum of ten sources (a balance of books, articles, and web sites) should be identified.

C) Summary of each text (c 200 words for each annotation) describeing what the contribution of the text is to the topic you have identified.

The paper must also include:

a) Introduction, synthesis, analysis and conclusion

b) Synthesis: demonstrating a knowledge and understanding of current debates and issues.

c) Analysis: presenting and justifying your views and conclusions on the debates and issues.

d) Clear thesis statement expressing in a nutshell what the reader can expect to read in the discussion.

e) General readability.

f) Appropriate headings, sub-headings, illustrations and page numbering and Conciseness.

g) Use of exs.

h) Using a variety of appropriate sources in-depth academic research.

i) Free of plagiarism and the sources should be academic i.e. books, journals.
