Project estimates (Group Project)
How will your group plan the work breakdown structure (WBS) for your Project Plan Outline? What factors do you need to establish as a basis for scheduling, designing network diagrams, PERT and Gantt charts and establishing critical paths of information? And, what human resource management structures will you include in your project schedule?
You have had two Weeks to work on this portion of the Project Plan Outline. In Week 3, you analysed and practiced how to use WBS to create a project estimate. The Lecture Notes and activities in Week 4 are an additional scaffold for you to further your understanding of WBS and to complete the Project Estimates portion of your Project Plan Outline.
Note: Your group will continually revise the Project Plan Outline draft as you receive feedback from your Instructor. Please make any required changes to the earlier sections of your project plan and note the revision history.
