Part 3: Evaluate the Similarities and Differences Between the Three Categories of Project Management
You have been asked to train company interns in the basics of project management concepts.
There are three distinct categories of project management that possess unique qualities and characteristics:
Project Management.
Program Management.
Portfolio Management.
Study the characteristics of all three categories, and in 1-2 pages summarize the similarities and differences for an intern assigned to your company.
Provide specific examples of each category using either business or IT-related examples.
