Research aim: To identify the impact in store promotions have on customer’s basket spend. Case study of Tesco Express Clapham Oval, London

No objectives set but it would most likely be:

2. To evaluate the types of promotions available in retail based on a case study of Tesco Clapham Oval in London.
3. Propose recommendations to promotion planning in the company based on the research (what offers will appeal most to customers).
