Risk management is the matter of recognizing the condition which could cause your project to fail. Common risk include decreased funding, loss of staff, decision point approvals not completed in timely manner, content not being available. Brainstorm three or four other risks which you have seen projects experience.

Once you have 3-4 risks, recognize at least two methods to prevent each and two ways to resolve them, if they occur in spite of preventions.
