Need to fix issues with SWF Audio Recorder in IE and Safari

We are having some issues in the website for the following functionality like recording, saving files as well as playing the files. We want an expert who has an experience of working on flash recorder as well as making it work for IE & Safari. It works on Firefox, Chrome however has issues with IE and Safari.
