Need help to create Update search function in a flat file database

Currently if a user searches for Charles C Dixon however the record is listed as Charles Dixon, the search result will come up negative

I want to make it so that a when a user searches for "Charles C Dixon" or "C Dixon" or "Charles C" and so on Charles Dixon will show up on the search result.
