Can someone help correct my grammar errors,make y report sound better, and help make my report flow?

On December 5, 2013, I attended an Air Washington lecture at ----- College, Presented by Deborah Welsh. The presentation was about ---- College, and 11 community and technical colleges in the State of Washington, receiving $20 million in grant funding from the aerospace industry, and Centers of Excellence, to provide training in aerospace industry sectors in the region. The money was given  to these various colleges for the next three years to develop training in Composites Manufacturing Technology, Manufacturing Technology - Precision Machining, and Electronics. This grant was award from the federal government, to Assistance Community College and Career Training initiatives. The lecture covers old and new programs, at ---- college. The previous program, which already existed, is the electrons program. This is certificate or a two year course that is designed to prepare a student for entrance into this field of industry. Upon completion of the Associate in Technical Arts Degree (ATA) , student may transfer these credits and apply them towards a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Technology at a four-year institution, which they will industrial control circuits using linear integrated circuits and other solid state devices, digital circuits, microcomputer operation and languages, microprocessors, as well as studies in general industrial electronics. The two year program is designed to get student in entry level to advanced jobs such as:

Aircraft      Electrician

Appliance      Repairer

Broadcast      Technician

Electrician

Heating-Cooling      System Mechanic

Lineperson

Powerhouse      Mechanics

Radio and TV      Service Technician

The next two programs, that are offered at ---- college is manufacturing and composite manufacturing technology. The manufacturing technology program is 6 month programs where students will take 36 credit loads divided into two quarters. The outcome of the program is designed for students to earn a certificate, which will give them entry-level manufacturing skills and machining skills. In this program Students will learn about hand tools, shop safety procedures, now to create and read blueprints, machinery, and computer numerical control. This program is designed to help Students build a foundation to pursue other certificates and transfer to a two-year college that will offers degrees in any manufacturing or trade specialty area. The 2 month certificate program is designed to get student in entry level to advanced jobs such as:

* Manufacturing Supervisor

* Safety, Environment & Sustainability Coordinator

* Maintenance Technician, Industrial

* Process Engineer

* Technician

* Production Team Lead, Industrial

* Materials Manager

* CNC Machinist

* Fabricator

Finally, the last new program offered at ---- college is Composite Manufacturing Technology. This new composite technology program is a new in the work program which will start up in the spring of 2014. It is a two quarter course, which divides 30 credits into each quarter. This new program is a new in demand career. The Composite Manufacturing Technology is a in demand  job which companies such as The Boeing Company, Boeing suppliers, Lockheed Martin, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard are always scouting for new grads of the program. This job is so in demand, that aerospace industry hires many workers with composite manufacturing skills, and predicts they will see significant increases in employment capacity over the next few years. Why, is this job in such a demand? This career is in such a demand, because, Composites are used in the marine industry, in the production of medical devices, hardwood veneer/plywood manufacturing and sports equipment. After completing the require two month program, Individuals may seek employment in entry-level manufacturing positions, such as Assemblers or Team Assemblers, can gain additional skills with the completion of this certificate, which may lead to higher-level work as a Helper or as a Laminator and Fabricator. After gaining experience in the field, one could also move into a lead or first-level supervisory position in the composites manufacturing environment.

In conclusion, these jobs are new jobs, which are in demand. The Air Washington program at ---- college and 11 other sponsored colleges are using funded government money to create new jobs and stimulate the economy. The program, are short program that offers vital technical skill, that will land student into high paying jobs.
