Management Assignment

Background: You are part of a team that will be implementing an asset tracking and management software application. Choose an organization with which you are familiar for this assignment.

Research and write a 2- to 3-page proposal of at least two methods the firm might consider for completing the asset tracking and management software application. Include the following in the proposal:

• Advantages and disadvantages for each method relative to this project

• Functional and non-functional requirements

• Sprint project plan to manage the completion of this work. Create the sprint project plan using Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Project (if you have it). Be sure to include the following column headings: Task ID, Task Description, Start Date, End Date, and Owner/Resources.
