Picture frame comprises of four wood pieces which are cut from wood molding, four staples to hold frame together, a piece of glass, a backing board made of cardboard, 6 points to hold glass and backing board to hold frame, and clip for hanging picture to wall.

a. Create assembly chart for picture frame

b. Create flowchart for whole process from receiving material to final inspection.
