iPhone App Developer/Trainer

I am looking for a professional developer who has excellent communication skills. I wish to develop a very simple iPad/ iPhone app that simply encases a PDF file. I wish for this developer to teach me how to prepare the app and maintain the app. essentially I wish for us to work together to develop it. I wish to be able to replace/ update the PDF file on my own and/or duplicate the app for several different PDF files. Work will be done remotely and over the phone.
