In this spring vacation, I try to walk more than 1,000 walk in every evening. At first, I try to walk to 1,000 walk and next day, I try to walk more than 1,000 walk. I was increasing walk everyday more than 1,000 walk before day. I think that walk is very health for me and it is helpful for my health. Actually, I like walk because walk is keep good my health. That is way, I always walk when I go to the school without car. Moreover, I am taking PE clsss which is walk class. Actually, I am taking two walk class because I really like walk. So, I think that I am waking more than 1,000 walk everyday. In this vacation, I walked follow a trail every evening. When I go to the trail, I can think a lot of things and it is like helpful my mental health. Also, I can control my mind and get a fresh air. Moreover, my feeling is going up and get rid of stress. When I walk trail, I always walk with my dog. Also, she really like walk with me. That is why, I always bring her when I walk. Nowaday, almost people have car, so they always take car without walk and they don’t have any chance walk. I think that they don’t like walk. They always use the car without walk, that is why, it is cause become to fat. It is very big problem. I know that the percentage of the population that are obese is increasing and it can increase the risk of heart disease and caise of adult illnesses. I think that walk is prevent for every disease and the best way is walk. So, I am sure that walking is good exercise and we have to try to walk for our health. Walk is very simple exercise so anybody can enjoy it.
