(Singapore Airlines) The exercise should cover items contained in the remote or general operating environment. Your objective is to find common issues or opportunities associated with the five main forces driving change. After identifying these events, articulate the timing and strength of the impact of each on the organization. Evaluate the following five forces in your report:

Sociocultural events
Economic events
Politicolegal events
Technological events
Ecological events

Submit your report in a 2- to 3-page Microsoft Word document. Cite any sources using the APA format on a separate page.
